Computer Upgrade Assistant

Is it time to upgrade your computer? In order for me to help, I need to know more about your computer hardware. Please open the "System Information" window on your PC Click <Start> then type "sysinfo" you will see the System Information app. Open it, Click on the "System Summary", then click the "OS Name" Item on the right side of the window. Next use Control-A, Control-C to Copy the "System Summary" info to your clipboard. Paste it with Control-V into the chat window here.
